Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R.

1. Loosen the band securing the turbocharger air outlet hose, turbocharger side.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1. Undo the bolt securing the intermediate bracket for the rigid air outlet pipe from the turbocharger.

1. Loosen the band and remove the heat exchanger air supply pipes.

1. Loosen the band and remove the air outlet hose from the turbocharger.

Removing

- Connect the turbocharger air outlet hose to the rigid pipe and tighten the band.

- Place the heat exchanger air supply pipes in position, secure them using the bands and tighten the intermediate bracket bolt.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1. Loosen the band and remove the heat exchanger air supply pipes.
