   Op. 7040G20 BULB HOLDER FOR COMPARTMENT LIGHTING IN DASHBOARD - R.R.

   Op. 7040A31 DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT ASSEMBLY - R.R.

   Op. 7040A24 DASHBOARD CLOSURE LOWER TRIM - R.R.

   Op. 5010C55 LOWER AIR DIFFUSER (ONE) LH OR RH - R.R

1. Working on the right side of the air conditioning casing, undo the screws (1a) securing motor support (1b).

2. Detach the electrical connection.

3. Remove the support (1b) and right flap control motor (3a) by releasing the transmission joint of the motor itself.

1. If necessary, undo the screws (1a) and remove the motor (1b) from the support (1c).

Removing

- Check that the motor is not damaged and, if necessary, conduct an electrical test.

- If removed, position the motor on the support and tighten the screws.

- Connect the electrical connection.

- Position the support and motor and engage the transmission coupling of the motor, keeping to the proper position.

- Tighten the support fastening screws.

- Remove both front pillar trims.

   Op. 7040A10 DASHBOARD TRIM - R+R

1. Working on the right side of the air conditioning casing, undo the screws (1a) securing motor support (1b).

2. Detach the electrical connection.

3. Remove the support (1b) complete with right distribution flap control motor (3a) by releasing the transmission joint of the motor itself.

1. If necessary, undo the bolts (1a) and remove the motor (1b) from the support (1c).

Removing

- Check that the motor is not damaged and, if necessary, conduct an electrical test.

- If removed, position the motor on the support and tighten the bolts.

- Attach the electrical connection.

- Position the support complete with motor and engage the transmission coupling for the motor, keeping to the proper position.

- Tighten the support fastening bolts.

   Op. 5040D15 CONTROL UNIT WITH KNOBS AND BUTTONS FOR DUAL ZONE AIR CONDITIONER - R.R.

- As an alternative, fit the air conditioning control mounting as follows: tighten the upper and lower fixing screws for the control mounting, then position the cover and engage the retainers.
