Removing ( Refitting )

If the tyre pressure sender is replaced, the following procedure must be carried out in sequence using the diagnosis equipment:

- Aerial replacement.

- Position the vehicle on a lift and raise it.

    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R.

- Or, alternatively.

    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R.

    Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R.

- Or, alternatively.

    Op. 7055B90 LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R.

1. Working in the wheel arch, remove the protection (1a) for the electrical connection for the sender (1b).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the sender unit.

2. Remove the rivets using a drill.

3. Remove the pressure sender.

Refitting ( Removing )

- Check that the pressure sender is not damaged.

- Position the pressure sender.

- Fit the rivets.

- Connect the electrical connection for the sender.

- Fit the protection to the electrical connection for the sender.

   Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R.

   Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R.

   Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R.

- Remove the car from the lift.

- Check that the TPMS is working properly.
