Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Raise the vehicle.

1. Working in the area of the right front suspension track control arm, disconnect the electrical connection for the sensor.

2. Undo the nut (2a) and disconnect the connecting rod (2b) from the sensor (2c).

3. Undo the bolts (3a).

4. Remove the sensor.

Removing

- Check that the sensor is not damaged.

- Position the sensor and tighten the bolts.

- Connect the connecting rod to the sensor and tighten the nut.

- Connect the electrical connection for the sensor.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

Reset the position of the headlamps using an Examiner or other diagnostic instrument.
