The engine oil level check should be carried out with the car on a flat surface, with the engine off, a few minutes (about 5) after the engine has been switched off. |
- Take out the dipstick, clean it and then fully reinsert it; take it out and check that the level is between the MIN and MAX marks on the dipstick.
- If the oil level is close to or actually below the MIN mark, introduce the recommended oil through the filler until it reaches the MAX mark.

If, after checking, the engine oil level is above the MAX mark, it must be corrected. |

After topping up the engine oil, before checking the level, let the engine run for a few seconds and wait for a few minutes after it has been switched off. |
