- Position the vehicle on a lift.

1. Unscrew the brake-clutch fluid reservoir plug and fit the tool.

|

1. Undo the connectors for the brake pipes illustrated. |
|
|
- Open the rigid pipe retaining clips disconnected previously. |
  |
1. Undo the connector (1a) and remove the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the rear brake pipe connector (1b). |

Refitting

1. Place the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit ot the rear brake pipe connector (1a) in position and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the connectors for the brake pipes illustrated to the recommended torque.
|
|
|
- Close the rigid pipe retaining clips connected previously. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Remove the vehicle from the lift. |
