Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R

1. Open the clips and release the fuel supply and return pipes and the fuel vapour pipe.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and open the retaining clip (1b) for the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (1c).

1. Undo the nut and release the air conditioning system coolant pipe.

- Remove the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake.

Removing

1. Place the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (1a) in position, attach the retaining clip (1b) and tighten the connector (1c) to the recommended torque.

- Attach the fuel supply and return pipes and the fuel vapour pipe using the retaining clips.

- Place the air conditioning system refrigerant pipe in position and tighten the nut.

    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
