In the case of replacement, remove the detachable part of the adhesive label from the new control unit and place it in the special folder containing the vehicle details (model, registration date, chassis number) and the serial number of the old control unit. The folder must be kept for any checks necessary.

1. Position the control unit (1a). Make sure that arrow (1b) on the top of the control unit is facing the direction of travel.

2. Screw in the fixing nuts and tighten them to the prescribed torque.

3. Connect the electrical connections.

- Connect the battery.

- Use an Examiner to check that the system has not acquired errors during the operation.
