Refitting

   Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

1. Unscrew the brake-clutch fluid reservoir plug and fit the tool.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the ABS control unit.

2. Undo the connectors for the brake fluid pipes from the ABS control unit.

3. Undo the nuts and remove the ABS control unit mounting bracket assembly.

- Place the ABS control unit assembly mounting bracket in a vice fitted with protective jaws.

1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the bracket (1b) from the ABS control unit (1c).

- Remove the ABS control unit from the vice.

Removing

- Position the ABS control unit in a vice fitted with protective jaws.

- Place the mounting in position attaching the flexible mountings and tighten the nuts.

- Remove the ABS control unit support from the vice.

- Place the ABS control unit support in its housing and tighten the nuts to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the connectors for the brake fluid pipes from the ABS control unit.

- Connect the electrical connection for the ABS control unit.
