Refitting

- Open the fuse box cover in the engine compartment, remove fuse F22 (15A) and start the engine several times until the fuel pressure in the distribution manifold is expended.

- Fit the fuse removed previously and close the fuse box casing.

1. Disconnect the injector wiring coupling.

2. Disconnect the vacuum pipe for the fuel pressure regulator, intake chamber side.

3. Disconnect the rapid connector for the fuel return pipe to the tank.

4. Disconnect the rapid connector for the front fuel pipe, manifold side.

5. Undo the bolts securing the single fuel manifold pipe to the intake chamber.

- Remove the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors and wiring.

1. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the fuel pressure regulator.

2. Disconnect the electrical connections for the injectors, release the wiring from the retaining clips and remove it from the single fuel manifold pipe.

Removing

- Connect the electrical connections for the injectors and attach the wiring retaining clips to the single fuel manifold pipe.

- Fit the vacuum pipe on the fuel pressure regulator.

- Place the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors and wiring in position.

- Tighten the bolts securing the single fuel manifold pipe to the intake chamber.

- Connect the rapid connector for the front fuel pipe, manifold side.

- Connect the rapid connector for the fuel return pipe to the tank.

- Connect the vacuum pipe for the fuel pressure regulator, intake chamber side.

- Connect the injector wiring coupling.
