1. Undo the screw (1a) and remove the timing belt inner guard (1b). |
  |
1. Disconnect the connector for the coolant supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, thermostat side. 2. Loosen the band and disconnect the radiator engine coolant supply sleeve, thermostat side. 3. Disconnect the degassing pipe quick connector from the thermostat. |
  |
1. Undo the nut (1a) for intermediate fastening of the coolant delivery pipe for engine oil heat exchanger (1b). |
  |
1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine coolant temperature sensor.
2. Loosen the band and disconnect the radiator engine coolant delivery pipe, thermostat side. |
  |
1. Undo the screw fixing the water pump return pipe to the cylinder head. |
  |
1. Detach the electrical connection for the throttle body.

  |
1. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the brake servo vacuum pipe (1b), intake chamber side. |
  |
1. Disconnect the quick connector for the fuel vapour pipe from the activated charcoal filter to the solenoid valve, solenoid valve side. 2. Disconnect the quick connector for the oil vapour delivery pipe to the turbocharger intake and remove it. |
  |
1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the aspirated air pressure/temperature sensor.

  |
1. Undo the screws (1a) and remove the cylinder head (1b). |
  |
1. Remove the cylinder head locating bushes. 2. Remove the cylinder head gasket. |
