Fuel supply resetting

To restore the correct operation of the fuel pump the following procedure must be followed using the steering wheel interface direction indicators control lever:

  • Key in OFF position (starting condition)

  • Key in ON position

  • Activate the right indicator

  • Deactivate the right indicator

  • Activate the left indicator

  • Deactivate the left indicator

  • Activate the right indicator

  • Deactivate the right indicator

  • Activate the left indicator

  • Deactivate the left indicator

  • Key in OFF position

If the fuel supply is not restored after this procedure, check for any control unit errors using the Examiner in "CAN information".

Proceed as instructed by the diagnostic instrument if control units with errors are found

  

Restore the wiring between the steering wheel interface direction indicators control lever and the Body Computer.

If the wiring is OK, replace the steering wheel interface
