Refitting

   Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R

1. Undo the oil vapour separator fixing bolt.

1. Undo the remaining bolt and move the oil vapour separator to one side.

1. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the turbocharging air intake pipe (1b), rigid pipe side.

1. Disconnect the turbocharging air by-pass valve electrical connection.

2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the turbocharging air by-pass valve (2b) complete with pipes.

1. If necessary, loosen the bands (1a) and remove the pipes from the turbocharging by-pass valve (1b).

Removing

- Connect the pipes to the turbocharging by-pass valve and tighten the bands.

- Place the turbocharging air by-pass valve in position complete with pipes and tighten the nuts.

- Connect the turbocharging air by-pass valve electrical connection.

- Connect the turbocharging air intake pipe, rigid pipe side and tighten the band.

- Refit the oil vapour separator and tighten the bolts.
