FAULT COMPLAINED OF
On a limited batch of TomTom Portable Navigator Devices (PND) a failed reception of the GPS signal might occur with resulting impossibility of localising the vehicle.
TECHNICAL CAUSE
Software fault.
OPERATIONS IN NETWORK
Inform the customer that the claimed fault can be easily solved by updating the software of the TomTom PND.
The update can be performed by the Customer connecting to the page www.tomtom.com; under the folder Services, he can find the procedure and other useful information to update the device.
