Failed displaying of information from parking sensors - Service Solution |

FAULT COMPLAINED OF
On cars equipped with instrument panel having a multifunction reconfigurable display (Matrix), with the Start&Stop system not-available indication, after engaging the reverse, the information about rear parking sensor is displayed.
TECHNICAL CAUSE
Software parameters not ideal.

OPERATIONS IN NETWORK
Network behaviour standards towards the Customer
-Once the customer's claimed fault is confirmed, reassure the Customer that the problem will be solved by reprogramming the instrument panel.-After the intervention, check the work done and make sure that the Customer is satisfied.Service Solution
Once the customer's claimed fault is confirmed, reprogramme the instrument panel with the new software (WEB Flash 7.04.0 or higher) as shown in the Operating Cycle below.
OPERATION CYCLE
Once the customer's claimed fault is confirmed, use Examiner with release 8.10.1 (or higher) to reprogramme the Body Computer using WEB Flash 7.04.0 (or higher) available from Examiner WEB.
 | The vehicle battery must be in full charge conditions or supported by a battery charger/booster battery so as to ensure a rated voltage of 12 V during reprogramming. |
