OPERATIONS IN NETWORK
Network behaviour standards towards the Customer
-After having ascertained presence of the fault, reassure the customer that the problem will be solved by reflashing the ECU software.-After the intervention, check the work done and check that customer is satisfied.Service Solution
If the claimed fault is found, reflash the TPMS ECU using the new software (CD Flash 5.50.5 or higher) as shown in the following cycle.
OPERATION CYCLE
If the claimed fault is found, use Examiner with release 7.60 (or higher), to reflash the TPMS ECU using CD Flash 5.50.5 (or higher) available from Examiner WEB.
 | The vehicle battery must be optimal charge conditions or supported by a supplementary battery so as to ensure a nominal voltage of 12V for the reflashing procedure. |
