Refitting

- Place the pedal unit assembly in a vice fitted with protective jaws.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) securing the clutch pump (1b).

1. Adjust the clip (1a) and remove the clutch pump (1b) from the pedal.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the accelerator pedal (1b).

1. Release the pin (1a) and remove the brake pedal (1b).

2. Release the pin (2a) and remove the clutch pedal (2b).

- Remove the sliding bushes from the brake pedal and from the clutch pedal.

1. Remove the pedal unit mounting from the vice.

Removing

- Position the pedal unit support in a vice fitted with protective jaws.

- Fit new sliding bushes on the brake pedal and on the clutch pedal.

- Lubricate the sliding bushes fitted previously using suitable grease.

- Place the clutch pedal back in its housing and secure it using the pin.

Check that the pin (a) is locked with the splining for the pedal mounting as illustrated.

- Place the brake pedal back in its housing and secure it using the pin.

Check that the pin (a) is locked with the splining for the pedal mounting as illustrated.

- Place the accelerator pedal back in its housing and tighten the bolts.

1. Refit the clutch pump (1a) in its housing, attaching the retaining clip to the pedal and tighten the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

- Remove the pedal assembly from the vice.
