- Position the vehicle on a lift.

1. Undo and remove the engine oil filter cover assembly (1b) using a suitable spanner (1a). |
|
|
- Remove the filter element and the O-ring. |
  |
Refitting

1. Fit a new O-Ring on the engine oil filter cover. 2. Press fit a new filter element in the cover fitting the retaining clips. |
  |
1. Place the engine oil filter in position and tighten the cover to the recommended torque.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift. |
|

- Put the car on the lift. |

1. Undo and remove the engine oil filter using a suitable tool. |
|
|
Refitting

- Lubricate the new filter seal with engine oil and tighten it completely by hand. |
|
|
|
|
|
- Remove the car from the lift. |
