Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

   Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the turbocharger engine oil return pipe (1b), turbo side.

1. Undo the connector for th engine oil return pipe from turbocharger, oil filter mounting side

2. Undo the bolt (2a) securing the engine oil return pipe from the turbocharger (2b), crankcase side and remove it.

1. Undo the O-ring (1a) and the seal (1b) from the engine oil return pipe from the turbocharger (1c).

Removing

1. Place the engine oil return pipe from the turbo (1a) in position complete with new gaskets and firstly tighten the bolt (1b) on the slotted flange to the recommended torque and then the remaining bolt (1c).

1. Tighten the bolt (1a) securing the engine oil return pipe from the turbocharger (1b), crankcase side to the recommended torque.

2. Tighten the bolt securing the engine oil return pipe from the turbocharger, oil filter mounting side, to the specified torque.
