	Wiring between fuel pump relay and Powertrain Control Module	Check for a short circuit to earth on the wiring between the fuel pump relay and pin 40 of the Powertrain Control Module	End of diagnosis	Presence of short circuit to earth in the wiring	Restore the correct wiring insulation to earth
