CHECK ON IMPEDIMENTS TO THE ROTATION OF THE ACTUATOR
Remove the actuator and use the control unit control to ensure that the actuator turns, checking for mechanical impediments to its rotation.
1. The actuator does not turn.
2.Kinematic components or flaps broken/stuck.
1. Replace the actuator
